Use the following form to submit a problem with a street light. Please click Submit when you are done. This form is for non-emergency support requests only. If this is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
The City of Glenwood Electric System maintains street lights weekly. Some of the more than 1,500 street lights in the City may go unnoticed since lights are not on when crews are repairing equipment during the day.
You can help keep the City's lights turned on and our community safe by reporting burned out, blinking, day burning, or damaged street lights.
Fill out the form below. A work order will be produced and the light will be repaired within a week.
You may also call the Electric Department at 970-384-6352 between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If calling after hours, on a weekend or holiday, please leave your name and telephone number along with the address or location of the problem street light and a brief description of the problem.
